Dalvora Consulting provides immigration consultancy and advisory services. Our services include, but are not limited to, eligibility assessments, strategic guidance for various immigration pathways, and consultation sessions.
Our role is strictly advisory. We do not guarantee the success of any visa or immigration application. The final decision on any application rests solely with the relevant government authorities (e.g., Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada – IRCC).

2. Payments and Refunds
- Consultation Fees: Fees for our consultation services are for the provision of our time, expertise, and professional advice.
- Refund Policy: All consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation service has been rendered. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked meeting, please do so in accordance with the policy outlined at the time of booking.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our Service, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Providing false or misleading information may impact the quality of the advice we provide and may result in the termination of our services to you.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dalvora Consulting. Our content is protected by copyright and other laws of Canada. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dalvora Consulting, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the consultation service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
